- Management API operations authenticate with
Authorization: Bearer <token>using a Convex personal/team access token. Anapi_keyoroauth_2connection must therefore store an access token — deploy keys are not accepted as bearer credentials by the Management API. - Deployment-scoped operations require a deployment admin deploy key and
authenticate with
Authorization: Convex <key>. Supply one per call via thedeployKeyinput, or store it on the connection asdeploy_key; the plugin credential (an access token) is not a valid deploy key. The deployment name (subdomain) is resolved from the connection or thesubdomainoption. Connections that only store a deploy key can use deployment-scoped operations, while Management operations require the access token.

Connect a tenant
Mint a connect link and send the tenant to it. Hub hosts the page and delivers the result to your app — see Connect / OAuth.
Example API calls
List projects in a teamQuery synced data
Synced entities supporttenant.convex.db.<entity>.search() and .list(): deployKeys, deployments, projects.
See Database for filters and operators.
